Design & Content Intern - Position Open Now!

Brief Description:

  • Design & Visuals: Create graphics that make our message bold and memorable.

  • Video Creation: Edit short-form videos that capture stories of hope and inspire action.

  • Content Collaboration: Work alongside the Communications team to align posts, graphics, and videos with HFK’s voice.

  • Brainstorm & Innovate: Bring fresh, creative ideas that help our content stand out.

  • Media Management: Keep HFK’s digital asset library organized and accessible.



Additional Details:

  • Location: Fully remote with virtual meetings

  • Commitment:  October 1–July 31 | ~3 hours/week | Flexible scheduling


Note: This is an unpaid internship


Who should apply:  Creative early-career professionals or upperclass college students (academic credit available if your school allows) who love design, video, and storytelling. Ideal candidates would be familiar with modern editors like premiere or capcut, social-media savvy (aware of reels, Tiktok, etc) and energized by turning creativity into real-world impact.

What You’ll Do

Here’s how you’ll make an immediate difference:


  • Design & Visuals: Create graphics for social media, events, and digital campaigns.

  • Video Creation: Edit TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts capturing camp moments and stories.

  • Content Collaboration: Work with Communications staff to keep visuals mission-aligned.

  • Brainstorm & Innovate: Pitch new content formats and creative ideas.

  • Media Management: Help organize and maintain HFK’s digital assets.
