Application for the Phil Booker Scholarship Fund

The Phil Booker Scholarship Fund was established to provide financial assistance to those participating in the Hope for Kids Leadership Academy (HFKLA). This scholarship is entirely dependent on donations, meaning funds are limited and only available as contributions allow. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and support can only be granted when funds are available.
