Full Time Staff (FTS) is the team that makes summer happen at Hope for Kids. For approximately 11 weeks, staff live and serve together at camp, taking on real responsibility across our programs while being trained, challenged, mentored, and developed as leaders. It is hard work. It is a lot of fun. And for many staff members, it becomes one of the most formative summers of their lives.
