Ministry Training Program (MTP)

The Ministry Training Program (MTP) is an immersive, hands-on experience designed to deepen biblical understanding, strengthen discipleship, and equip participants with practical ministry skills. Over the course of the program, participants engage in both classroom-based learning and real-world, on-the-field training—creating a dynamic environment where faith is studied, practiced, and lived out in community.

MTP blends structured teaching with experiential learning. Participants spend time developing a deeper understanding of Scripture, growing in personal conviction, and learning practical tools for ministry. These lessons are then immediately applied through outreach, discipleship, and team-based challenges designed to build confidence and sharpen leadership. The result is a program that moves beyond theory—helping participants actively live out their faith while learning alongside peers and mentors.
