Skilled Work Weekend

Skilled Work Weekends

In 2018, Hope for Kids is planning to provide opportunities for Adults (18 & up) who are Skilled Volunteers to come help at camp. Skills needed include construction, remodeling, plumbing, electric, roofers, mechanics, handy people, etc… but anyone who is willing to help make camp better is welcome.

Each day will include work, food, fun, laughter, and spiritual reflection. You can arrive at camp either Thursday evening or Friday morning. Work will begin at 9AM Friday after breakfast and will continue throughout Saturday. On Sunday, we will have a breakfast/devo and wrap up any projects by noon so everyone can get back home.

DATES:

July 5 – 8

COST:

Free! Meals and housing will be provided.
