A: This summer we will again be having R-Camp and Teen Camp at Camp ArthuReeta in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania. It is a beautiful location to host our camp programs. The address is 129 Yerger Road, Schwenksville, PA 19473. Click here for a map to camp.
A: Due to the higher costs of the staff needed to process written, mailed-in registrations and the trouble with reproducing registrations (for filing and legal purposes), we have chosen to do greater online registrations that will allow for computer filing and easier reproduction of registrations. Below are some reasons online registration is beneficial:
Because the safety of your camper is very important to us, we collect a large amount of information through registration. For online registrations, we must ensure that this form is very secure to further protect your private information. As each computer has many different features, the forms may cause some issues with your computer depending on your computer.
Please know that we are more than willing to help you with any issues you face. Please do not hesitate to contact us using the information (listed in the FAQ below) you gather about your registration issues. Thank you for your flexibility and patience.
- Makes our important contact information easier to transport from the office to camp.
- Access to important medical data is faster and easier to access in emergencies
Everything will be filed electronically allowing information to be indexed and searched much more efficiently. - Reduces preparation time in producing copies because everything is electronic and does not need to be photocopied.
- Reduces storage needs as unnecessary hard copies will not need to be produced and stored during and after camp
- Reduces staffing needs to reproduce, store, or file registrations for camp.
- Reduces costs for camp if funds are secured faster and applied earlier to all camp needs including preparing the facilities, acquiring materials, and supplies for all camp activities.
- ULTIMATELY reduces overall costs for camp.

A: Problems with online forms can have several causes. Below are several possible troubleshooting questions to help out:
If problems persist, please Contact Us and provide us with:
Once you provide us with the above information, we will do our best to contact you as soon as possible in order to help identify the issue and assist you in your registration. We will also be flexible with any registration deadlines if your registration is late due to any web issues, however, please be patient with us as our staff is small in order to reduce costs of camp as much as possible.
- Are you using the latest Internet browser?
If you are using Internet Explorer, please make sure you are using at least version 7.0.* (*you can find out what version you have by going to the Menu --> Help --> About Internet Explorer)
Our forms are designed to be used by versions 7.0 and higher as previous versions have known security issues. Microsoft strongly recommends any earlier versions be upgraded to prevent undesired issues through the web (see here for more on reasons to upgrade).
Firefox, Safari, and other browser users should check their browsers to make sure that they are using the most recent. Usually, versions are listed under the Help Menu under a topic called About (your browser).
- Have you cleared your private data or temporary internet files recently?
Your browsers tend to store a lot of page information to make your most-visited-pages easier to access. Your browser will store page content such as images, cookies (which are used to track things like your username, passwords, or other user information to personalize your web experience), session data, and other temporary internet files in order to speed your web browsing. These files are stored locally on your computer so it will load faster (rather than downloading them each time you visit).
Over time, your computer will start to lag because of the excess of these files. Sometimes, these files will also clash with interactive sites (like online forms, email, or other dynamic site features), and need to be purged from your system. Clearing your temporary internet files or private data (it is called either, depending on which browser you use) will assist in smoother browsing and web use. Click here for a video tutorial.

A: Yes! Just go to the registration page and complete the same online process, but at the end, pick the "check" option. You will have to enter your check number.
After you submit the form, you need to save/print the registration forms to sign and send in and then write down the registration confirmation number (emailed to you) onto your check before you mail the check in so we can connect the check to the registration properly.
A: You may have used the "Back" button on your browser, causing the information to go through the form each time you pressed the "back" button. Please contact us to resolve the issue. Have your registration print-out ready so we can look up your registration and void any excess payments. Please also avoid using your browser's "back" or "forward" button in any online registrations, as this will usually cause the form to resubmit the information whenever you click "back."
A: On the first day of camp (Sunday), registration starts at 3pm and ends at 5pm. We cannot accept campers before 3:00 and they will miss the first activities with their cabin groups if they come after 5:00. Park in the parking lot and come to the gym to check in, meet one of your counselors and find out your cabin location. On the last day of camp (Saturday), the campers will put on a program for the parents at 10:00am - then the campers will be dismissed about 11:30am after the program is over.

A: Each summer, we do our best to accommodate all the children who come to R-Camp and Teen Camp but we need your help as parents to let us know the needs that your child may have. Please write a detailed letter about any physical, mental and/or emotional conditions of your child and send it in with your registration form so that we can be prepared to meet their needs in the best way. It would be better if you do not wait until you arrive at camp to let us know about your child's special needs because at that time we will have already established the cabin/counselor arrangements, menus, schedules, etc and we will be more likely to do better if we are more completely informed in advance.
A: Come back again soon for more insight on how to have a great first experience!
